In her spare time, she continued to maintain and manage her existing properties, consult on staging residential homes for sale and worked on several rehab projects. It was during this time; Josephine made the decision to obtain her license and transition to a full-time career in real estate. As a lifelong Maryland resident, Josephine delivers an innate understanding of the broader housing market of the region and community.
