Love my new apartment...
We like the apartments but land lady is rude to some of her tanents an they say 24 hour availability Not!!! Hard to get them to come fix something without a complaint..

Love my new apartment!
Neighbors are very friendly and area is quiet. There’s a lot of shopping and restaurants near by. Maintenance comes right away and scheduled around my time. Almost all utilities (except electricity) are included so that’s a bonus too! =)

Not the best place to live !!
I have lived at Westbrooke now for a year and 1/2. The maintenance & upkeep has gradually gone downhill. While of course my rent has increased. Currently for as a community of about 300 people we have absolutely no place to put our trash/garbage. All the dumpsters were picked up and not replaced. HUH!! I will not renew my lease this year and wouldn't recommend you lease here.

We are under new ownership. I apologize that you have had a bad experience. Our property went under new ownership as of September 8, 2016 and with that came changes out of our control with having a new transition. The dumpsters were removed on... settlement day September 8th on that afternoon and new ones went in the very next morning September 9th and we actually added an extra dumpster in the back by our maintenance shop area for convenience with more recycling. I was also happy to let our residents know that while they were used to getting increases yearly, the new owners gave no increases for the past 5 months. We are very much about the residents here and do what we can to make your residency an enjoyable experience. Thank you for submitting your review and I am glad we could rectify those concerns almost immediately.
