I’ve been living in this community for over five years, and my experience has been outstanding. The management and leasing office staff are always professional, friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. They do a great job of keeping everyone informed about community events and activities happening both within the property and in the surrounding area.

The community is quiet, safe, and exceptionally well maintained. The lobby, hallways, gym, business center, and event room… are consistently clean and inviting.

The maintenance team is also excellent. They respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete repairs in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.

Overall, living here has been a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and welcoming place to call home.

I’ve had a great experience living at MetroPointe. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to the Metro, shopping, and restaurants. The apartments are modern, well-maintained, and offer great amenities. The management and maintenance teams have always been professional, responsive, and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance.

The community is clean, quiet, and welcoming, making it a comfortable place to call home. I especially appreciate the convenience of having everything I need nearby… and the effort the staff puts into keeping the property looking its best. I would definitely recommend MetroPointe to anyone looking for a great place to live in the Silver Spring/Wheaton area.
