The apartment was welcoming with small gifts placed in the bathrooms, kitchen counter and fridge. The cleaning was moderate as I saw some dark grout on the floor tiles. There were also some stains which seemed permanent. It would also be ideal to have a window around the kitchen.

We like these apartments. They are well-priced, with excellent location, and well-managed. We've been very pleased with the staff that has worked here for last 2 years. Jacquelyn, Catherine, Aisha, Jeff, etc. Also the maintenance and cleaning personnel has been fabulous, notably the two newer ladies (Rosa and Dinora) from the past 8 months or so have cleaned areas in the parking lot that I don't believe have been cleaned in years. Unfortunately, some residents are a bit rude, not throwing away... the garbage properly, or smoking in common areas. Perhaps stricter enforcement of community rules would be appropriate, but we understand it can be difficult for staff to do this as they are so friendly and patient! We wouldn't hesitate recommending Metropointe overall.
