Hey Folks, we have a furnished room available for rent in a beautiful 1890 Victorian home that’s been converted into 4 apartments.

In our apartment, we have 2... communal sitting areas and 1 dining room that are all fully furnished. There are 2 1/2 baths and 2 fridges. Oh yeah, wait for it... laundry is within the unit!!! And the backyard has a fire pit. Whooot ???Being in Kennebunk, we are only 4.5 miles from the beach! Rent includes professional monthly house cleaning!

We are 3 respectful adults that enjoy an occasional meal together but also ample quiet time. We are looking for an open-minded person who appreciates a tidy house. Environmental consciousness is expected. Yes, we consider zero waste to be a cool and a fun goal to achieve. We are all straight but believe that 'love is love'. Obviously, we are our own individual selves but we are seeking someone that shares our values.

Room is $900month plus equal split of expenses (electricity, internet, water, sewer and communal house expendables). All receipts provided. Single occupancy only. Signing on requires, first month’s rent, $900 security deposit, 2 references, background/credit check. Rent does not fluctuate depending on occupancy of other rooms.

1 off-street parking spot is included in rent.

No cigarette smoking is allowed indoors. We have one cute & happy energetic medium-sized wire haired pointer griffon dog.
