Modern and bright office space

It’s been over a year since I’ve rented two office spaces at The Orpheum in Dover, NH, and my enthusiasm hasn’t dimmed in the slightest (startup cutbacks forced me to end my lease).

I popped in again recently, and the place is as lively and luminous as ever—a stark contrast to the typical drab office setting. The abundant natural light and open design create an almost outdoor feel.

The facility is chic and state-of-the-art, equipped with all the high-tech amenities essential for a tech… professional like myself. High-speed internet, ergonomically designed furniture—it’s all top-notch and perfectly complements the long hours spent on innovation and development. The convenience of a nearby kitchenette is a small but significant perk, ensuring a quick coffee is always at hand.

But what truly sets The Orpheum apart is the vibrant community atmosphere. It’s not just a workspace; it’s a place where creative minds meet and mingle, where you’re as likely to run into an old friend as you are to spark an impromptu collaboration with a fellow visionary.

The staff deserves a special mention, too—always accommodating, with Jareer, in particular, going out of his way to exceed tenant needs.

If you're looking for office space in Dover, NH, The Orpheum should be at the top of your list.

(As a side note, I also rented an apartment here in 2020, and it was nothing short of fantastic.)

We have spent the past 2 years at the Orpheum. Over this period we have had enjoyed our stay at the the facility. Management staff has been professional and and pleasant to deal with.The facility is well maintained and the shared spaces are clean and attractive to use.
In addition to the attractive central location that the building provides, management has done an excellent job in developing a sense of community by organizing different events and get-togethers that have encouraged social… interactions and created a tight knit community.

Kept deposit after 2 weeks of no response

After paying the holding deposit I received no response for over 2 weeks. Calling their phone number gave me the answering service even during normal business hours. When they finally responded I asked for my money back and they refused. If you value your time, money or have any expectations of professionalism do not even attempt to live here.

We're sorry to hear about your difficulty reaching us, while we may miss phone calls as we are assisting other residents or on a tour, we remain diligent in responding to voice messages or emails. Our policy states that upon approval… of an application, your holding deposit is converted to your security deposit. We encourage prospects to only apply when they intend to reside here at The Orpheum.
After reviewing your case specifically, it seems you were informed of your approval, via E-Mail, nearly 3 weeks before replying and notifying us that you had changed your mind. During this time, the apartment was prepared and held for you, and for that reason, we are unable to return your deposit.
