This is a one bedroom, one bath hospitable space all on one level looking for the right tenant(s). This space includes a kitchen island with stools. We include... heat, water, and electricity, and it comes with your own driveway as well. Absolutely no pets allowed, no exceptions as owners who live above are allergic. We do have a sound courtesy of no loud music or other noise after 10 PM. Not a rule, just a courtesy.
