The Privacy Is Key
This place has been great. The application proces was easy, private entrances to each unit (no shared hallways), the kitchens are well designed and open, and it met my need for a walk in closet. In unit washer/dryer is a life saver. Ideal living situation.

Centennial Farms has been a great fit for me. The location is perfect—it's convenient to get to things but tucked away enough that it's quiet and private. The garage is a huge plus and makes a big difference during the winter months. Management was great during my move-in and has been responsive ever since. Definitely a smooth experience overall.

Really nice updated townhome!
I’ve really enjoyed living at Centennial Farms so far. The townhomes are super nice. The granite countertops and stainless steel appliances definitely make the kitchen a highlight, compared to outdated places around... Having an attached garage is awesome, especially for Michigan winters, and the extra office space has been a lifesaver for working from home. It’s a quiet community, but super convenient to have Aldis within walking distance. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place in... Allendale!

Great space for my family
As a mom, my biggest priority is feeling safe and having a home that actually makes my life easier, and these townhomes do exactly that.
The private entrance and attached garage are game changers. I don't have to worry about shared hallways, and being able to pull in to unload is so easy. It’s a very quiet community, and I love that it’s walkable to the grocery store for last minute runs. Everything inside is easy to keep clean. It really feels like a proper home rather than just another rental... .
