West 24 Cottages

Do yourself a favor and don’t move in to 24 West cottages. cheap appliances. they have refrigerators that have water hook ups for ice, but they will not hook them up so you have no ice. The furnace, water heater and air conditioner are in the middle of the unit and are extremely loud. also, they are located right next to a landscape company so you get to hear Loud equipment early and in the morning. Numerous plumbing issues that they will not pay to fix the correct way, so you get to wake up… some mornings and not have a toilet that flushes or a shower that drains. terrible communication with office personnel Read More

We loved living here! Emily was always quick to respond to any questions we had. Maintenance requests were fixed quickly (within the same day or next morning). The community is quiet and clean. Overall great experience living here!

staff responds quickly and are very helpful. especially the maintenance staff. units are spacious and its a nice community.

I really loved it at West 24 when we lived there while waiting for our house to be built. Good sized units that are functional, spacious, and brand new. The community was tucked away behind some farmland, but still close to highways and stores, so it was very convenient. Although we were a little frustrated with the ongoing construction, the staff was always quick to help and get things sorted for us. We would recommend!
