Adorable
I lived in a more renovated version of the apartment and I thought it was super cute, I liked the layout and it was just big enough for me and my boyfriend to share with a spare room. The kitchen was my favorite part of the apartment. The rent was decent for the niceness of the place, how close it was to campus and for always coming and fixing things when needed. Overall I would recommend the place!

A little Dumpy,
Apartments are falling apart and owner will fix things if has to, has noisy neighbors, No cable, only slow internet, and dog poop in grass, dirty, unkempt, no lines for parking spaces, you get what you pay for.
