Clean, Convenient, but Small

Overall great experience with responsive management and active maintenance. Appliances and furniture in good condition. Small but well kept and functional.

Heating and air con worked well.

Location highly desirable if you don't mind noise. Very close to campus and downtown. Units closer to the back might be affected more by Necto nightclub.

Laundry room is clean but small problem: If using mobile data for online laundry payment, service can be bad due to basement location, meaning you… cannot use app to pay without disconnecting from machines.

Units with wooden flooring rather than carpet are a plus.

Rent can be considered high for apartment size. Was majorly helped by financial aid as undergrad.

Right next to Necto nightclub

Windows are completely ineffective at blocking the bass noise
