Auburn Gates has been such a great community to live in.

Auburn Gates has been such a great community to live in. The staff does an amazing job creating opportunities for residents to actually enjoy where they live, not just live here. We love all of the community events — game nights, movie nights, and the different activities they plan throughout the month. When the new event calendar comes out, those dates are some of the first things we add to our calendar.

David is fantastic! He is always friendly, welcoming, helpful, and makes the events feel… like something you genuinely want to attend. The rest of the staff is wonderful as well and has always been responsive and kind whenever we need anything. It’s obvious that a lot of thought goes into making Auburn Gates feel like a real community, and we really appreciate everything David and the entire team do for the residents.

Great place to live

The apartments are updated and well maintained, as well as the property. So many amenities that have a resort feel. The office staff is helpful. Thank you Matea, Kailee & Michael for your help. Maintenance is wonderful and responsive. Thank you Ken & Noah!

Be careful here

If you have dogs, I wouldn’t move here. They have hit us with multiple violations due to the opinions of other residents regarding our dogs. Two golden retrievers, and apparently they are extremely scary… I have a third car that has a pass to be parked here and they require it to be moved every three days. They have threatened to tow it every time I’ve been late and put a sticker on the windshield that doesn’t come off and refused to help remove it or the residue you get from removing it.

The… apartments are nice, the maintenance team is great, and the office staff is helpful. But if you don’t like being pinned down by large company policies I would not recommend auburn gate.

Also side note we left an honest review of the move in process that included facts about them breaking promises to call us back on a certain date and being all around slow with the process, and they did call and ask me to remove the review.
