Highly recommend

I lived here since it's across from Oakland University and can't recommend this complex enough! Ken, the property manager, is the kindest and most responsive person. Although he's very kind to everyone, I can attest that he makes students feel incredibly welcome and well cared for. Maintenance responds promptly and competently. The property is beautiful, with a hot tub, pool, and tennis court. It's very worth the money!

Best Apartment Complex

The management, the maintenance, everyone is so wonderful. Anything needed to be addressed has been done in a timely fashion and everyone is very friendly. Also the property is very well maintained. Definitely my favorite apartment I’ve ever lived in.

Awesome

We had a great opinion of the Boulevard from the very first phone conversation with Ken and his team. We chose the Covington due to the nice features ie: newly remodeled and a short walk to the fitness center and pool. We have been here a little over a week now and it has been great. The community is centrally located and easy commute to restaurants, college, and shopping! Thanks Ken and staff.

I loved living in the Blvd Apartments because I felt like home, I am from Mexico and move in from another country it is not an easy task but our Friend Ken from the Staff of the Blvd apartments made our lives easier to move in, he with all the beautiful staff create an amazing environment to understand what to do, when, how or even they did it for us, always with a smile on the face and a great gesture. Also Ken always treat us with respect and kindness, our beloved pets also enjoyed Ken treats,... he always was nice with our pets, also when something needed to be fixed, they were always available.
We need more people like the staff from the Blvd. Apartments, we only left it due to work issues and we did not like the carpet, but when one apartment without carpet is available we will come back.
