Williamsburg Apartments

Yes I have lived there for a year and it's wonderful Laurie the wonderful Manger is always helpful and very informative and never a bad thing has happened

Positives: All my of my neighbors were very nice and quiet. Having a dog it was very awesome having the linear path right across the street. The apartments themselves were quiet. I never heard my neighbors next to me or above me (you will hear people in the hallway though). It was a great location for me at the time.

Negatives:
My apartment looked nothing like the ones pictured
Out of all the unique features, only 2 applied to my stay here and both of those were the utility ones
The dog… washing station is only good for puppies or toy dog breeds
Communication: Management has emails and cell phone numbers of every resident but the method they chose to inform tenants about items is by taping a sheet of paper to your door 1-2 days before something takes place
They dont fix half of the things you tell them about and when they do they just completely remove the broken appliance instead of replacing it.

I really love it here at Williamsburg! The manager and the staff are beyond amazing and SO good to me!!! They do their best to take care of all of my needs and I appreciate them SO much!! I love the affordability, the views and the space . However, I do have a major issue with the smoke; both cigarettes and marijuana. I am on the 3rd floor and the constant smell is nearly intolerable as I am allergic and it smells terrible. I do not plan on renewing my lease when it is up because of this issue,… but if something can be done, I will stay here for many years because I really do love it here!!! Read More

Lived here 3yrs and enjoyed sitting on my balcony looking at the river. Safe and I loved the sound walls not hearing my neighbors. Updated and large apt. It was nice just having to pay electric.
