DO NOT RENT HERE
I was shown a beautiful town home and went through all the motions to get in. Got my dog certified as ESA so she could be there and everything. Then I was informed after they had me sign the lease my dog was not allowed. I was given keys to the town home, as I went and inspected the home there was mold everywhere. When this was mentioned to the Manager, I got told I do not clean that. The carpets were coming up she said push it back down. She left, I continued to investigate, there is mold and… standing water in the crawl space the back yard is full of water. When I went to the front to see if there was a different home I could get into as I have a child with a terminal illness, I was given my money and told to leave and never come back. This place is shady and should not even be in business.
