I love my Apartment at fountain pointe!

Hollie was very quick and professional when I was in a time crunch. Maintenance crew is excellent there always right on it, normally the same day. I never had that kind of service other places I lived. Everyone is very nice and pleasant. If you live on bottom floor you could have very loud people above but that would be anywhere. Can't wait til summer to enjoy the pool. They also have reasonable prices. I'm really happy I moved here

Excellent place of living

Everyone in the leasing office is super helpful. Maintenance is fantastic and always gets things done in a timely manner. The complex itself is very nice and safe. I love that they host different events as well for everyone to come together. I’ve been living here since 2023. It is worth it!

Very Easy!

This is my first apartment, I did my tour on Saturday and I was moved in by Monday! Very quick and easy, the ladies in the office were wonderful and very quick to answer any questions I had. I am on the second floor and have no issues with excessive noise even though my upstairs neighbor has a large dog. Apartment was very clean when I moved in, carpets professionally cleaned and appliances very clean as well. My unit is perfect for a first apartment , may not be super updated and new but has a... ton of potential with a little paint and decorating!

Loved it

I was so happy to call this place home for the last 2 years. I have never had a problem with my neighbors,management or maintenance. Everyone is so on top of there game here. It’s so sad and unfortunate I am moving out of this area because I would of never left. The property is so quiet and well maintained. Ashley your a doll and Collin we only met briefly a few times but your kindness and was unforgettable. Thank you for making this an enjoyable experience!
