A Wonderful Experience

I lived at The Parks of Belleville for 2 years and had a really nice time living there. It's a friendly community and I always felt safe, which is something that's very important to me. Terri, the community manager, is an absolutely wonderful person and made the whole experience even better by how much she cares about the people who live there. Maintenance was always speedy and kind. It's a pretty good location too, with a lot of stuff a short drive away. All in all, I'd absolutely recommend The… Parks to anyone!

Great Apartment

We loved The Parks of Belleville. Terri, the property manager, was fantastic and accommodating. The apartment had thick walls and was very quiet. I rarely heard my neighbors. Maintenance was also quick on repairs. We moved into this apartment sight unseen because it was in the middle of the pandemic, and we were pleasantly surprised. The only thing we we didn't know prior to moving in and were disappointed in was that there was no central AC, only a wall unit. We were on the third floor so it… did get pretty hot, but we purchased a portable AC unit which helped a lot. That was literally our only complaint, which I feel is hard to come by for a reasonably priced apartment complex.

I'm happy and you will be too

The Parks is a wonderful complex. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and on top of things. They do a great job at keeping the property clean and taken care of inside and out. I have lived in 4 other apartments in the Ann Arbor area and by far this is the best I have found. I feel safe here. Friendly and respectful residents. Pretty quiet overall.

Home Sweet Home

I have loved living at The Parks. I have wonderful neighbors! The management is wonderful! They keep everything clean and neat, they stay on top of any issues, and they put their residents safety first. I have never had a maintenance request last longer than 24 hrs. The main Manager is always available, and even when she is ‘not working’ she is working, to help in a pinch, clean up a mess or make something beautiful. I really have loved my time living here.

Quick Maintenance Repair

The Parks is really great for coming quickly for maintenance. I requested a work order and they usually come same day. Today, Jeff knew what was wrong before I even told him and he had it done in a quick 15 minutes. Plus, he didn't make me feel bad for clogging the sink!! Thanks Parks of Belleville for fast service and repair when I need it.
