Rude and irresponsible
This apartment complex is in a really nice area. However, people working there are really rude. If anything happened in the appartment and you called maintinance, they would make fun of it or say it's not our problem before they send someone to fix it. Do not excpect to get any of your deposit back. They will come up with some damages that were already there and charge you for it and say it was not on your checklist. Do not bother cleaning up after leaving because they will charge you for... cleaning fees regardless.

badly managed
management here is almost nonexistent. after months of complaints, a leaky faucet was replaced and there's now a 3 foot hole in the kitchen wall. grounds are a mess. noise is bad from college students. I give this place two thumbs down because I only have two thumbs.
