I was NOT moving there in the first place at all. I went for information just to see. Just walking in, I already knew the vibe was off. The young lady who helped me was fine, but the young girl at the desk with her was not professional. She constantly on her cellphone and in the way, very annoying and trying to train and staring with this fake smile....she trying to show and explain to me fast talking one thing, when I'm asking something different...like move, I'm not talking to you. I almost... just walked out. Whoever she is, makes it bad. New management!

Not safe,will ghost you
I lived at this complex for 2.5 years. In January I made the decision to break my lease early and move out due to safety issues in the complex. I paid the fees associated with early move out and was advised I would be getting back my security deposit within 30 days of my leave. It’s now been 60 days and management has switched over and claim they have no idea how to get me back my $700 dollars. I feel very cheated and scammed. I would also like to clarify that a young girl in the community was... tragically shot and killed in her building. The management team did nothing to commemorate her or bring attention to the tragic accident. Instead they threw a leasing party the next weekend to distract from the tragedy. Additionally, weeks later I was on a walk with my dog and quite literally walked into a raid with 8 police cars with their guns drawn 30 feet from me. The complex again ignored, did not educate or give any info on the matter. Do not live here or bring your children here if you have other options.

Horrible Experience
To Whom It May Concern,
On February 6, 2026, my girlfriend and I signed a lease agreement with a move-in date of March 20, 2026. At the time of signing, we were informed that any promotional offers for March would be applied to our lease prior to our move-in date since our move-in fell within that month.
Based on this agreement, we began preparing for our move. We purchased several thousand dollars’ worth of furniture, canceled our current lease obligations, and made other arrangements in... reliance on the lease we had signed.
On March 1, 2026, we attempted to contact the leasing office to confirm the March promotions. However, all phone lines for the property had been disconnected. After multiple failed attempts to reach the office, my girlfriend visited the property in person and was informed that the property had been sold and was now under new management.
Since then, the new management has refused to honor the lease agreement we signed and instead demanded that we reapply for the apartment under new terms. This has placed us in a very difficult position after we made significant financial and personal decisions based on the signed lease.
Additionally, our interactions with the new management have been very unprofessional. A staff member named Zainab has been particularly rude and dismissive when we attempted to discuss the issue and seek clarification.
We are requesting an explanation as to why our signed lease agreement is not being honored and what steps will be taken to resolve this matter.

Poor Maintenance, Unsafe Living Conditions, and Unprofessional Staff
I’ve had one of the most frustrating living experiences at this apartment complex. Since move-in, the AC has never worked reliably. My unit regularly reached indoor temperatures of 80–90°F, even with multiple maintenance requests. During the summer, this became unbearable and unsafe.
To make matters worse, broken AC—even during peak summer months—is not considered an emergency by the management, no matter how high the indoor temperatures get. The circuit breakers would also trip constantly when... using basic appliances, sometimes just a fan and microwave at the same time. These electrical issues were never properly resolved, despite repeated reports.
Some of the office staff were also unprofessional and dismissive when I followed up. I never felt like my concerns were taken seriously, even when they directly affected livability and safety.
I’ve since submitted my 60-day notice and requested an early lease termination. If you decide to move here, make sure to thoroughly check that your AC, appliances, and electrical system are all working. Document everything from the start, and don’t rely on management to respond urgently.
