Do not move here
We moved in over 5 months ago and have not had concerned from when we first moved in addressed. Police are outside of our neighbors apartment every week. Water bill is 150 extra per month.

As a result of the current pandemic, we are experiencing some delays in hiring contractors. While we're waiting for your window replacement to come in, we've had our team of maintenance professionals ensure there are no drafts coming through. We're looking forward to providing you with enhanced quality when it comes to this area of your home. We've also had the opportunity to review our community-wide water usage with the City of Canton, and from our understanding, the entire city saw an increase which they attributed to more people working from home. We've conducted a meter check to ensure that the water bills within are community are accurate, and while we are unable to verify that your water bill has exceeded the amount you've mentioned, we anticipate your monthly spend will be lower in the future. If you have any questions, or suspect that you are experiencing water leaks or other items that may contribute to your utilities, we kindly ask that you give us a call at (734) 844-1100, so that we may investigate, and find a solution. Great place to live
I’ve lived here for almost two years and they are nice well kept apartments. The maintenance staff is very helpful. I would recommned. My only complaint is the parking sometimes does get overflowed but most days it’s not a problem

Nice Apartment in a Nice Location
I moved in to the Pointe at Canton in August 2019 and so far it's been pretty good. There have been a couple of small hiccups. For example, when I moved in all of the screens on my bedroom windows were busted open. However, the maintenance was extremely responsive in that case and in the few other times issues have arisen. I enjoy the location within Canton and its close proximity to Ann Arbor and Detroit. The apartment is spacious with large bedrooms and nice appliances and countertops. There... are also nice amenities like the pool and fitness center, among others.
