The recent rent increase may be going rate, according to management, but it does not include the amenities that one would expect from a place charging this much for rent. No pool, no workout area, no kids play area, no clubhouse....not worth the increase to say the least.

Mold!!!!
Reported mold growth and maintenance did nothing to fix the root cause. Poor customer service. Poor maintenance. No amenities. Not worth it!
