Brookwood Gardens and Manor Apartments

I have lived here for a couple years now and absolutely dread it. They are constantly posting petty notes about issues that don't even exist. When they do the "annual inspection" they came up with a petty list on things that needed to be replaced/clean. I guess it's my responsibility to provide the apartment with a fire extinguisher and if I don't within 7 days, they will provide me one, then foot me the bill. This small complex of (32) units is set within walking distance of the City of Clare, MI. One can walk, bicycle, or drive to the drug stores, grocery stores, movie theater, and restaurants all within (10) minutes. There are several parks also within the City Limits of Clare. In addition, one can drive to Mid-MI Community College with (20) minutes & just (30) minutes to Central Michigan University. Although a small complex, the units are very well maintained, very clean, and safe. There is... two on-site laundry facilities. There is on-site maintenance which is accessible 24/7 in the event of an emergency. The office is open Monday-Friday in the a.m. & the Manager is available 24/7 in the event of an emergency.
