Don't move here!
I have lived here for a couple years now and absolutely dread it. They are constantly posting petty notes about issues that don't even exist. When they do the "annual inspection" they came up with a petty list on things that needed to be replaced/clean. I guess it's my responsibility to provide the apartment with a fire extinguisher and if I don't within 7 days, they will provide me one, then foot me the bill. There's also been many issues about my cats, even know they say they are pet friendly.... They is the pets to generate as much income off you as they can. Trust me when I say, LOOK elsewhere.

Brookwood Springs Apartments
I live in Apartment B1 which is equipped for an individual with a Disability & I am on SSDI. The apartment is amazingly clean and if and when I need anything fixed, our on-site maintenance man is there to fix it. Brookwood Springs Apartments are located in a very quiet neighborhood in the small country town of Clare, Michigan. The apartments are within walking distance of Walgreen's Drugstore, Witbeck's Supermarket, and many other stores are all within walking distance. In addition, the... complex is within a five minute drive of the University of Michigan/Mid-Michigan Health Care System - Clare Medical Complex.

Brookwood Springs Apartments
This small complex of (32) units is set within walking distance of the City of Clare, MI. One can walk, bicycle, or drive to the drug stores, grocery stores, movie theater, and restaurants all within (10) minutes. There are several parks also within the City Limits of Clare. In addition, one can drive to Mid-MI Community College with (20) minutes & just (30) minutes to Central Michigan University. Although a small complex, the units are very well maintained, very clean, and safe. There is... two on-site laundry facilities. There is on-site maintenance which is accessible 24/7 in the event of an emergency. The office is open Monday-Friday in the a.m. & the Manager is available 24/7 in the event of an emergency. In addition, staff went out of their way for me in obtaining the application & leaving it in the drop box. As soon as my application was approved, I was contacted & able to relocate away from a Domestic Violence situation.
