Leasing Information:
Our application process takes three business days with a $75 non-refundable fee (18 yrs or older). We use a third-party system to evaluate credit, criminal, eviction, and utilities history; the security deposit is determined based on these results (no specific credit score required).

Pets & Utilities:

    Noise, noise, noise!

    The noise that the people make upstairs is so inconsiderate! All the office manager say is to call the police. None it makes no sense. No one should have to live and have to pay rent like this! It takes way too long for them to repair anything. I cannot wait to move. If you like peace, this is not the place for you.
