Woodland Meadows

Unfortunately, the grounds are no longer beautiful. I moved here in 2023 and one of the reasons was the beautiful, well-maintained flowers and landscaping. This is no longer the case.

The complex was sold in Spring 2026. The problems are too numerous to mention but the most obvious one is the neglect of the once-beautiful grounds. There are numerous weeds growing almost 3 ft tall in front of my building as well as many other shorter nuisance plants that are now growing. The shrubs are not... trimmed; the one next to my patio now reaches above my upstairs neighbor's balcony. None of the rose bushes or other perennials are properly maintained. Absolutely zero annuals were planted this year. Need I go on?

I am embarrassed to have people come over. I used to be proud to live here. Not anymorr.

The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything. I’ve lived below in an apartment complex before and couldn’t hear half as much as I can hear. I will give the maintenance team 5 stars because they are amazing. They respond in a timely matter and let you know exactly what they did.

Very Accommodating, friendly and clean environment! Everyone is very educated on the property!
The grounds are clean and welcoming.

I have been a resident for nearly a year and I genuinely enjoy my home. Every time I return from work or a trip I love to sit in the living room with the fireplace on and relax. The neighbors are nice and the staff is polite from the office to maintenance. I recommend this community to anyone.
