Do not move here
Do not rent here! The new management is just as bad as the last management. I have had leaks with my patio and bedroom since I have moved in. I have a huge hole in my floor and no one cares to even attempt to fix the issues. The outside of my building is collapsing. Air conditioning is always having issues in multiple buildings. Hot water is limited. You can send in multiple work orders and they just ignore them. When you complain or ask about your work orders they target you with lease… violations. Not worth what you pay in rent here! The positive reviews have to be written by the office, no one is happy here. Fixing the lawn and putting up signs is their priority not the residents and fixing the real issues
