Unprofessional, smelly, not safe, building is ran down to the ground!!!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM HERE

This establishment is not only problematic due to its unfavorable conditions, but the management also neglects to address ongoing maintenance issues. Should they engage a company for any maintenance tasks, such as security for the buildings and doors, the company often does not return due to non-payment. The manager, Kathy, persistently refuses to settle the invoices for the services provided. Kathy exhibits discourteous and unpleasant behavior as being rude and mean to everyone.

Run!!!!!

Do not move here at all. The office staff is terrible, the building is nasty af. The building smells bad, the laundry room is always flooding, the police is always here. They are complete f ups here. I been here 3 months and had to put work orders the same day and the city has been out 4 times since I been here. I am about to call today on them myself.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!! Look elsewhere it’s terrible here!! Nothing works, terrible management, and your packages will be stolen and the management will not care!!
