This place is not what it seems . Lived there for 3 years . My first year was amazing until someone was always getting bc the cops called due to domestic violence issues . My children did not feel safe at all . My next 2 years they moved me to a different unit & i had a rodent in the wall the scratched a hole in the wall & they did nothing until it got really cold out & it put another hole in the way . After living at Carriage Park Apartments for five years, I will not be renewing my lease due to ongoing, unresolved maintenance issues and poor management. Multiple requests made since October were ignored or even marked canceled without being addressed, despite repeated promises from the leasing office that maintenance was on the way. My unit currently has serious problems, including stagnant water in the dishwasher causing odor and gnats, broken cabinets, and overall neglect. The property... itself has deteriorated with filthy hallways, untrimmed landscaping, trash, and dog waste left on the grounds. Despite paying rent on time for years, I was charged unnecessary legal fees, drastically increasing my monthly bill. Since management changed, standards, cleanliness, and accountability have declined significantly. I strongly advise others to research carefully, review posted photos, document everything, and not rely on repeated promises that never turn into action. Read More

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Take your money and move somewhere else . Charge a lot for apartments and don’t even answer or email you back if you need something fix . They have new management and they are rude and don’t care about your concerns . They only care about the money !!! . They're constantly updating the website to say that have many apartments available currently but they don't have anything available for months. There will be good communication all up until you give them the non refundable holding fee, from then on you can expect to be completely ignored and the only way you can get any sort of information is if you go in, but there's a good chance no one will be there.
