Customer Service Expertise !!

I went with my son for a tour and I gave Randi a hard time lol questionnaire is what I became and she was honest with what she did not know . When we returned to the office she asked her property manager immediately ! If y’all don’t pay this girl the big bucks yet Please Start ! She did not get irritated and enjoyed me being a pain . Wow !!! The only reason my son will not lease at River Oaks is due no in unit washer and dryer I promise . Superb Job Randi and her boss as well I know it starts... from the top !!

Randi was very knowledgeable!

I walked in and was greeted by Randi. She was very pleasant and informative about the area and the unit.
I just wish that there were washer and dryer units in each apartment.
