Horrible Experience

Wish I could review. The company they use to go over applications cost me a unit. They called me days after applying only to tell me that I was approved but they gave the unit away to someone else. The man I spoke to was under the impression that they already called and I confirmed my dates/lease. They did not. The building itself was nice but the fact that this cost my housing and was so unorganized, it’s hard to have trust in this company in general. It’s a pass for me but good luck getting in… .

We’re very sorry for the frustration and stress this caused you. We understand how important housing decisions are, and you should have received clear and timely communication regarding both your approval and the unit’s availability.

Demand at Z on… Plymouth has been overwhelming, and unfortunately, we cannot hold an apartment based solely on a pending or approved application. Units remain available until an approved applicant signs the lease and submits the required deposit. The first approved applicant to complete both steps receives the first right to the unit.

That said, it appears there was a breakdown in communication regarding your application status and the unit’s availability. We sincerely apologize that this was not explained to you sooner and more clearly. We are reviewing what occurred with our team and the third-party screening company so we can improve our communication and follow-up process going forward.

So glad I found this place!

The renovations at Z on Pardee Apartments are amazing. The updated units feel modern and clean, and you can tell ownership is investing a lot back into the property. I love the new flooring, fresh paint, lighting, and remodeled bathrooms. The community is quiet and the management team has been professional and helpful. Great place to live.

Just moved in!

Just moved into Z on Pardee and honestly I’m really impressed with all the updates they’ve done. The apartments look super clean and modern, especially the kitchen and bathroom finishes. The property feels well maintained, management has been helpful so far, and the overall vibe is way nicer than a lot of other places I toured in the area. Definitely feels like they’ve put a lot into improving the community. Excited to be here!

I love it

I recently moved into Z on Pardee Apartments and I’ve been really impressed with all of the updates they’ve been doing. The renovated apartment looks brand new with modern flooring, updated kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a beautiful bathroom. The property is getting better every week and management has been very responsive throughout the process. Definitely one of the nicest apartments in Dearborn Heights for the price.
