Nice place to live

I had a great experience living here. The staff was friendly, maintenance was quick, and the community was clean and quiet. The move-out process was smooth and well communicated. I feel lucky to have found this place—definitely recommend!

Avoid this community!!

Avoid this community at any cost. They have the worst management and the neighborhood is bad. The maintenance is so bad too and the price is so high for the service provided. Neighbors don’t expect you to walk in the apartment at all and management doesn’t care about any issues you report.

Nice place to live.

I have enjoyed my 4 years here at Lake Village of Fairlane. The office people as well as my neighbors have always been courteous and respectful. I would recommend this place to a friend.

Wonderful place to live, bad management.

One of the best apartments to live in, Especially easy for employees who work in Ford. Very well maintained, good amenities and pleasant neighborhood.

Drawback: not a gated community, anyone can come in.
Bad management, have lost my delivery package twice and have no clue where they kept it!

Wonderful Place to Live!!

Lake Village of Fairlane is a wonderful place to call home. I have been residing here for two years and love it. The area is quiet and is accessible to all major freeways. The property is well maintained and the maintenance crew service is fast and efficient. If your looking for a nice place to call home, come and see the beauty that I am speaking about.
