A noise complaint fee of $100 per complaint applies after the first warning. Indoor smoking incurs a $500 fee, and a $250 penalty applies for having pets in the unit. A lost or missing key fee is $65, and a $100 penalty is charged for leaving trash outside the entrance. Please do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging. On checkout, please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account. The total number of guests in your reservation applies to anyone accessing the space during your stay, not just guests staying overnight.
