Was looking for an apartment, and checked in here to look around. Christina helped me out when I came in and was awesome, told me all the info I needed and took me on a fun tour of the building. Showed me all the hangout spots with all the amenities they offered. Didn’t pressure me, didn’t badger me, just was informative, friendly and chill. Would feel comfortable to rent here.

Super Great Place
As a prospective resident who recently toured Campus Village in East Lansing, I was genuinely impressed and confident enough to say this place deserves a five-star review even before moving in. Everything about the community felt welcoming, organized, and ideal for someone attending Michigan State University.
The location is one of the biggest selling points. Being able to walk to the MSU campus in just a few minutes is huge. I could immediately tell how much easier life will be without long... commutes, crowded buses, or fighting for parking. For students, that convenience alone makes Campus Village stand out.
The apartments themselves were another highlight. They’re spacious, clean, and thoughtfully laid out, which isn’t something you find in every student housing option. The kitchens are modern and usable, the living rooms feel comfortable, and the bedrooms offer privacy—perfect for studying or relaxing after a long day on campus.
The amenities also impressed me. The fitness center is well-kept and has everything you need, and the study lounges and common spaces are bright, clean, and actually useful. It’s clear the community was designed with students in mind, offering spaces to work, unwind, and hang out without needing to leave the property.
I also liked the overall atmosphere. Even during a short tour, the community felt friendly and active. The staff told me about the events they host, and it seems like a great place to meet people and feel connected. It doesn’t feel like an isolated apartment complex—it feels like a real community.
Speaking of the staff, they were one of the best parts of the visit. Everyone was professional and helpful. Christina in particular made a great impression. She explained things clearly, was patient with my questions, and made the whole tour feel comfortable. It’s easy to trust a place when the people running it are this friendly and knowledgeable.
After seeing several other housing options in East Lansing, Campus Village was the clear winner for me. The location near MSU, the solid amenities, the well-designed apartments, and the supportive staff all made the decision easy. Even as a prospective resident, I’m excited to move in and confident that this is the right choice. Five stars.

Campus Village Experience
My leasing company is pretty horrible, but I toured a couple of days ago, and Christina showed me the ins and outs of Campus Village! She was a real help and answered every question I had. The amenities looked great, and the place looked very clean and professional through and through! I love that the model came furnished, and the rates were very competitive to other places we toured. Excited to be applying soon!

Excellent for the Price
I lived there for 2 years from 2022 to 2024. This is one of the better apartments to live in for students. Very close to campus so I was able to bike around and I was able to walk to and from the bars along grand river. Most of the furniture you see in the pictures is included, there is a ike storage area that locks so your bike wont get stolen, only a few minute walk to get to the nearest bus stop, study rooms are sound proof and are great if your roomates are throwing parties/being loud, and... staff is incredibly nice! They were struggling maintaining a maintenance staff, so maintenance was painfully slow at times, but if it's a more serious issue, then they are quick to respond. Gym was lacking variety for equipment and I only used it sparingly because of that. They also had They have free coffee and juice for mornings and they plan events here and there. You can pay for a covered/assigned parking spot (Highly recommend doing this). Overall, I made friends that lived there and I had no significant problems while living there and it checked all of the boxes I needed as a student.

Can’t beat it
Best value student housing in EL. Close to campus, spacious units and 10/10 management. Also, nice gym and study rooms and a good community to live in. Can’t beat it for the price.
