Not great this year. Maintenance around all the time, loud noises hard to sleep. NEED to fix this parking structure, and raising rent causing me to leave next year. Not happy honestly.

I’ve lived here for three years, and everything has been great except for the guest parking. The amenities are defiantly one of the best reasons for leasing with Skyvue.

I love skyvue so much, it’s a great community. I really wish that there were guest parking though. Please consider adding it since we used to have it and then it got taken away.

This is my first year off campus for housing, and my friend and I really needed a place to live, so on a whim, we applied to Skyvue and put down the down payment without even walking into the building. We knew absolutely nothing about this apartment complex. But it turns out that it's a great place to live. After moving in and exploring the building, my expectations were definitely met. The building is modern and clean with lots of amenities that create such a fun atmosphere. However, one... drawback I have is the parking garage. It is a very narrow and tight parking space, where it gets a little tricky to drive through. And there is no guest parking, which is not convenient when you have guests.
