I moved into this apartment and was disappointed by the condition of the unit at move-in. It had not been properly cleaned, multiple appliances were not functioning as expected, and some of the furniture was visibly worn and damaged.
The online listing photos did not accurately reflect the current condition of the unit I received. The carpet is heavily worn, and the Wi-Fi service has been unreliable. Parking is a recurring issue due to limited availability, sometimes requiring residents to park... in a neighboring lot. Additionally, the parking area lacks sufficient lighting at night.
Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that prospective renters request to tour the exact unit they will be assigned rather than relying on a model unit. I also suggest carefully inspecting the condition of appliances, flooring, and furnishings before signing a lease.

The Cottages does have limited parking, and when guest rules aren’t followed it can impact availability, which we... explain during tours. We don’t have any current reports of lighting issues, but we will complete an audit to make sure everything is working properly. We also always encourage touring the exact unit, as online photos may differ from the unit assigned.
