Construction site living

To sum it up: paying full price for all of the amenities of "luxury living" without actually having them, is starting to get old.

Our family relocated from out of state and the staff was wonderful to work with. However, upon arrival, there have been several things that have been subpar and would have made us reconsider our choice with The Reserve at Falcon Pointe Apartments.

The apartments are brand new, have an open layout, feature a (tight) 2 car garage, and have granite countertops- which...
we love. However, there are several things that indicate the units are being built very quickly. Our dishwasher and stove were not properly installed and we've had issues with our hot water in the guest bathroom. These are all being addressed but it is disappointing. Some of the most frustrating issues we've had include: constant construction and all of the vehicles, dirt and debris associated with it. The streets are in poor condition and we still have no grass (sod) after being told it would arrive mid April. I understand the weather may impact this but having a dog with no yard and the closest area to relieve itself being down the street, makes things difficult. We also have no internet capability, although we are being provided a hotspot with limited date free of charge.

It is frustrating that so many units are being built without the issues of the current residents being dealt with.
