Very Disappointing Experience
I would not recommend Timber Lake Apartments based on our experience.
Our AC did not work properly for two summers before it was finally replaced. Our assigned parking space was also changed several times and eventually became quite far from our unit.
The move-out process was especially frustrating. We were charged for items we believe were normal wear and tear, and we did not feel our concerns were fairly investigated.
If you live here, take detailed photos and videos when you move in, and… keep your own records of all maintenance requests and communications.Review from Apartments.com
