Mostly good, but have issues with my window in the 2nd room that has multiple cracks and allowing a black color to form along these cracks and the entire length of the window sill. Had maintenance look at it and said they were just going to caulk it, but haven’t been back.

Living here is still not the greatest. Dog poop is still everywhere no one picks it up. Maintenance doesn’t seem to fix anything or it takes them forever to get things fixed.

So far so good. Winter is difficult. People seem okay. My next door neighbors are Lovell. I met some nice dogs before it got so cold, with their owners of course. Looking forward to warm weather.

Overall, the complex is okay. Neighbors could be a little more conscientious of each other (not leaving trash at doors for days, picking up after their dogs, etc.). The apartments are an 8/10. Few things could be updated such as main doors with new stripping as they leak a lot of cold air in the winters.

When I first moved here to Georgetown I honestly loved the community and the rent prices but now not so much, people are smoking inside their apartments and it lingers into mine, it’s always extra trash by the dumpsters, and it’s a extra fee for everything. The outside of the apartments are improving but not the units in my opinion, and the park for the children needs improvement terribly.

Shayla, Thank you for your feedback. We do struggle with residents not placing their trash in the dumpster or outside folks bringing large items in as well. Our guys keep up with it the best they can but this winter with the amount of snow, it's... definitely been a challenge. The only additional fees we charge would be lease violation fees and are avoidable--please feel free to reach out to the office to discuss.
