Overall a great experience so far. Everyone has been super helpful and friendly. It is also very clean and seems pretty up to date. Also matinee is super fast.

I really enjoy living here. They are so kind and respectful, the neighbors are a mixed bag but most of them super friendly! I just wish we had more parking for our building. There is always like no spots to park; even handicap; which I can use since I have arthritis. Its not fair to pay the price I do and have to walk almost 300 feet because we skimped on parking.

The playground has not been repaired. It has some major safety concerns. One of the grills is completely rusted off and also a safety concern. I will be happy to update once fixed.

Great community. Clean and and well kept. Great management and maintenance personnel. Nice neighborhood and always on top of things. Been her over a year and never had a bad experience once.
