I love this apartment! If I have anything wrong it is taken care of promptly by the leasing staff. If the problem can’t be resolve they immediately will inform you haven’t had to wait over a day. The property is always kept up to perfection. If you are looking to rent look no further. Kudos to Mrs. Trena staff!

I love the location of the community, as far as transit and proximity from work are concerned; but the leasing management staff here is deliberately rude and careless about its treatment of residents.
I’ve had rodents living in the attic and ceiling of my unit for over 2 years, without any action from the leasing staff. I’ve called in this issue repeatedly, as well as other important issues without a response. Each time I call in, I’m either ignored or treated as if I’m the person who caused... the issue.
I have been totally discouraged for 4years living here as a resident. Please conduct a thorough visual of the both external building conditions, and the internal treatment of residents before considering this community.

Absolutely love this complex and the apartments are so clean and spacious, there is no noise issue. Most of all the staff is great, they promptly respond to any repair needs. Also Kendra (Kay) the community manager is an absolute sweet heart, she has been so helpful and approachable. And went out of her way to resolve any needs we had as we moved into the apartment.

Have you ever wanted to live somewhere really bad, but had to wait awhile? Well this happened to me, I waited and when I was able to move into my dream apartment is was all that I had imaged it to be. Large master bedroom private bath, second bedroom with its own shower room. Storage space, quiet calming.
Beautiful greenery while walking, beautiful friendly neighbor's, a large pool for adults and children. Pet friendly and a management staff that is always there when you need. From maintenance... to groundskeeper to our great office staff. It is a beautiful sight to see. Come and visit you will never want to leave.

This apartment is great, especially if splitting the rent with someone. The units are all 2 bedroom and have a ton of space. The appliances are all updated and work great. The grounds are well maintained and the courtyard is spacious. Another nice feature, is the rent does not increase for living on the 2nd floor. The units are more expensive the closer to the courtyard. The location is solid as well. Northwestern is easy to pull out onto with a light to stop traffic. Community is diverse and... friendly. The office staff is helpful and take convenient online payments.
