Chatham Hills

I stayed here for 2 years and only reason I had to move because of increased rent for a single person. Other wise I don't have a complaint. Took care of any maintenance very quickly. Staff is very friendly, specially Tina, she was handling my file.
All in all, a very nice place to stay and in my opinion, a very big plus point for these apartments is closed garages.. if possible for me, I would definitely try in future to move here.

I have moved this apartment last November and I don't a single complaint about this. The response time with property manager is very fast. Each time you say there is an issue by EOD they would fix it. The timings is also convenient as it will be opened till 6.00 PM and also in weekdays. The best is it is near to many things like Gas Stations, restaurants and SMART bus stops.

The best part it has a closed Garage. It has a been a very peaceful year and hope it contiunes. I have decided as long as… stay in Michigan I would live in this apartment.

I strongly recommend this apartment if you moving to Farmington or to any other place near to Farmington.

I have lived here for almost 3 years. I love the complex, the location to M5 and other highways and the closeness to downtown Farmington. The staff is very friendly. I have had an ongoing issue of water dripping but they have never been rude when I have called in to let them know it is dripping again. They have fixed it and had the entire bathroom ceiling replaced and painted. I have only had two issues with my apartment, the water dripping (fixed) and my a/c went while i was out of town… and my petsitter had to call in. They replaced the unit right away. The grounds are fairly clean - I say this because there are little kids and they sometimes drop things and don't realize it and some people are litterers but they do pick up they litter fairly quickly. I love having a garage and I love the huge storage cage downstairs as well as all the closet space in the hallway. The bedrooms are fairly large (I have a king size bed in one room and a queen size in the other room and have room to walk around and for other furniture). The kitchen is a little small but that is how apartments are. Everything is updated. Neighbors are friendly, the kids are nice and know how to act around dogs (important if you have a new puppy you are trying to socialize). I really do not have any complaints about the complex. My apartment is nice and cozy. The laundry facility is right downstairs. It is very convenient for my disability.
