Beautiful Property

Beautiful park like property grounds well kept and a peaceful atmosphere to come home to. Office staff and maintenance quickly responds to any issues, Roxanne is awesome and very informative in a professional manner! Close to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Nice community

Lived here for about two years. Nice apartment, and nice neighborhood.

My problem was with the neighbor. Thin walls and noisy neighbor made it difficult living here. I made so so many complaints; even called police a few times and nothing was never ever resolved. The property manager was not very helpful at all. I felt she didn’t cared about my concerns.

I’m so happy I moved. I’m in a much better and peaceful place. Everything worked out great in the end.

In closing, management needs to… take noise concerns more seriously.

A great apartment

We’ve lived here for over 6 months now and I’ve been very happy with our experience. Whenever we have an issue, the office always fixes the problem as soon as they can and sends maintenance out. There’s a good amount of storage space even for a one bedroom apartment. The lawn is always mowed. The little gym is quite nice and included in rent. Rent is very reasonable and includes a base price for water. The only complaint i have is that it isn’t very updated, but i can justify that by the price… of rent.

Beautiful place to call home!

I am a returning resident and so happy to be back in the Westgate VI community. Dawn, the apartment manager is amazing! She is so helpful and does her very best to make the residents happy. She is very thorough, professional and personable! You could not ask for a better place to call home! Thank you Dawn!

Great!

I've only been living here a few months but so far I haven't had one issue arise. I did notice that the hot water nozzle in my shower needed to be tightened or else I wouldn't have hot water, but I never even informed the office about it but I came home one day and it was fixed! These people do care about those who live here and I really appreciate them!
