Wonderful!
The leasing staff has been more than helpful during my move-in process. My apartment was IMMACULATE when I moved in, and I cannot be happier with my decision to move to Drakeshire!

Great place to live !
I’ve lived in this community for several years now, and I’ve had a great experience overall. The office staff is always friendly and communicates well, and the maintenance team is quick and efficient when it comes to resolving any issues that come up. I’m also really happy that Lisa is back managing this location things have been running so smoothly since her return! It’s nice to live somewhere where the staff truly cares about the residents and the property.

Peaceful!
My little family has really enjoyed living at Drakeshire. We love the amenities and our neighbors are considerate. Close to school and everything else you need!

Drakeshire
I would highly recommend living at Drakeshire to anyone; single, couples and families. The apartments are spacious, huge windows, very well lit, large and lots of closets, big bathroom and bathtub, great central heat/air, clean, continuous renovation from tree trimming to re-striping the parking, excellent landscaping and pre-emptive snow/ice removal. Aside from the apartment, the neighbors are lovely, the clubhouse is fantastic and open 24hrs with a sauna! Key fob, well lit, and great... community so you always feel safe no matter what time it is to use the clubhouse. It is next to literally everything, so you can actually enjoy walking and not driving. The office team and superintendents - specifically Lisa and Stefan are the most welcoming and wonderful people, imagine a community where you wave in cars and stop to chat, that's Drakeshire.

I've lived at Drakeshire for 2 years. I appreciate that everything is kept clean, pretty and very well maintained. I had 2 maintenance needs and they were both taken care of the same day I called them in - which I was very happy with. I really like living at Drakeshire and the people who work here are all great!
