Poor Management and Corporate policy over lease agreement

I am writing this to warn potential residents about management's failure to follow their own signed lease agreements. I moved in during January 2021 with the understanding that water and sewer were included in my rent—a fact confirmed on their website and verbally at the time.
Recently, management has implemented a 'new billing program for Water & Sewer' that violates our contract in two major ways:
1. Violation of the 60-Day Notice Period: My lease (Part B, Section 5) explicitly requires… management to provide 60 days' prior written notice before changing the utility billing method. They provided notice in July, 2026, yet immediately charged me for June and July usage, ignoring the mandatory two-month waiting period.
2. Unauthorized Admin Fees: They have added a monthly $5.50 'Admin Fee' to my ledger. There is no provision for this fee in my signed lease agreement, which only lists specific fees for violations.
Despite multiple emails pointing out these specific lease paragraphs, the local office has refused to rectify the 'clerical error' (as required on Page 20 of the lease) and has refused to provide contact information for their corporate office.
On top of this, the portal for any payments doesn't work as intended and had to pay multiple late fees due to the error on their side

Be very cautious. They appear to prioritize corporate policy changes over the legally binding terms of their residents' signed contracts.

Please don't move here!

This place is awful. I have lived here for over a year and I do not recommend anyone moving in. The staff ignores all your concerns and never respond with issues. I've had to call the city several times to resolve issues about abandon cars parked in the residents parking. I have had all four tires stolen off my car due not being able to park close to the apartments. The worse thing of all is the smell. The odors in the building pouring into your apartment from the neighbors is horrendous. It's… so bad that sometimes we can't sleep. We constantly burn candles and spray the main hallways down. Do not rent an apartment here!!
