Predatory business and Retaliation
A business this company owns purchased the lease of the building I was renting a fixed term lease when my termination date came I vacated the premises cleaned the apartment and secured the property when I asked about the security deposit the property manager said they would not be returning it to me as I did not give a written notice but under WV state code I am not required to give a written notice on a fixed term lease the lease is the notice they were upset that I refused to sign a new lease... with them I do not recommend this company or the other companies they own such as Kanawha Village Apartments, Inc
