Grand Oaks

I've lived here now for alittle over 8 yrs. The women in the office are wonderful , maintenance are friendly. Moving here was the best decision I made.

Best apartment I have ever lived in. The only reason why I am moving is because I recently purchased my first home, but I will miss being close to various amenities like (Walmart, Sams Club, Physician Park, Bicentennial Park, YaYa's, Firehouse, I75, US23 and the amazing schools that get excellent ratings. All in all my apt was spacious, beautiful and provided a washer/dryer and dishwasher which is kind of rare without having to rent a townhome. People have moved into this apartment complex that are allowed to be as loud as they want for as late as they want. Loud TV, loud music, loud talking. This place may as well be an arena. They should take the "upscale" sign off of the lawn. It was upscale when I first moved in, but no longer do I feel it is that way. No peace or quiet when coming home from a hard day at work. Management allows this to happen.

We have lived in here for a year now we was going to move but things happen where we had to stay iyts a nice place small but nice our basement leaks anytime it rains out i have two small dogs the bad thing is too small of a space for them no yard noise you can hear alot of noise in the townhouses but other then that its nice but if you want open space dont move here.but if that isnt a must then its nice ..
