Fixed heat and oven

The gentlemen who came fixed our oven door handle and didn’t leave until they had figured out what was wrong with the heat and fixed it.

A/C repaired.

Was having trouble with A/C unit not cooling very well. The friendly maintenance department came out and cleaned the condenser fins and also added coolant to the unit—both of which were greatly appreciated. Hopefully, that will fix the problem.

Maintenance

We don’t have anything negative to say about maintenance at Bloomfield! The maintenance guys are always quick and friendly! Ted has helped us with a few small issues and let’s us know what caused the problem and how he fixed it.
