Much improved
I have lived here for over ten years. There have been so many positive changes since I moved in. The grounds are better kept, as well as the common areas. They have added three dog parks, and have updated the play area for the kids.
My maintenance requests are always handled quickly, and the communication from maintenance and the main office has also been good.
The first few years were kind of rowdy, but my neighbors are peaceful now. I get up at 4am and typically have no issues. The... walls are not soundproof, there is some noise from the air conditioning units and people coming and going but nothing over the top.
