My favorite place to live!
It has been the best experience I've ever had from any apt place I've ever lived in. They do sooooo much for their residents which is my favorite part about living here. They have hosted pool parties in the summer, candy guessing contests where the winner gets a gift card, they've had a gift wrapping station around Christmas, a hot cocoa bar before, they've made garden kits for the residents to plant veggies, etc., they have done a spring cleaning kit for all of their residents. No other apt... complex is going to go above & beyond like they do that's for sure. They offer Flex payments for rent which is really nice. They have a really nice Amazon hub. The dog park isn't the greatest & could definitely use some TLC but everything else is great. All of the staff are friendly & helpful including maintenance. I've had a few issues that I have called maintenance about. They told me technically this is something the renter is responsible for taking care of but still came out to help me multiple times which I really appreciated! They have maintenance out a few times a week on a golf cart cleaning up any trash or sticks to ensure the property stays clean. This is a wonderful place to live!
