I have rented many apartments from many different landlords/management companies. I have had the worst of experiences and the best, and everything in between. 25 Jefferson was by far the best! The building is gorgeous, the units are extremely well built and maintained, the property is clean and upkept, and the management is fantastic! They do maintenance on your apartment throughout the year to prevent you from having any issues. But if issues do arise, management is there within the day to fix... it! Garage is great. Location is awesome. 100/10, only moved because I bought a house!
