My husband and I had a wonderful year living here. Robb, the attentive and caring landlord, made our experience truly exceptional. The updated apartment was fantastic, and we loved the super deep pool with cozy patio furniture. Flynn, Robb's dog, added a delightful touch to the apartment complex. With only 16 units, it felt like a small, safe community, and the security measures put us at ease. The location was perfect for walking downtown. Highly recommended!

I’ve had an amazing experience. It’s prime location nearby food and nightlife is so convenient. Friendly neighbors and fast and helpful maintenance. Easy bus line and freeway access. Great for college students and young professionals. Updated and comfortable units. No complaints!
