New Management every year or twice a year
For 4 years nothing but broken promises. Nothing is ever fixed in a timely matter. Everyone's apartment is falling apartment and it takes them several months to years for them to fix anything. From leaking ceilings, refrigerators not working( happened twice both time I had to throw away all my food) I haven't had AC in 3 weeks. Dealt with waking up to domestic violence for years, people that don't even live here use our parking lot to party ALL DAY AND NIGHT! I come home from work everyday... without a parking spot. Do not move here. I pray everyday that God will bless my family with something much better. This is the worse place I've ever lived. These apartments are beautiful but the living conditions are horrible. Thr hallways smell, homeless people sleep and pee in them. Who are the owners of this place?
